Blur Innovations ("Blur," "we," "us") collects and uses information as described below when you use our website and order form. Contact us anytime at blurinnovations@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

• Order information: business name, your name, email address, phone number, business type, package and add-on selections, project notes, and any "website you like" URL you share.
• Consent records: whether you opted in to email updates, whether you opted in to SMS/text updates, and whether you accepted the Terms of Service — each stored with a timestamp.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Project materials: logos, photos, copy, and account details you provide during the build, used only to complete your project.

2. How we use it

• To fulfill your order: build your site, send preview links, request approvals, and launch.
• To send project updates — by email only if you checked the email opt-in, by text only if you checked the SMS opt-in.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To meet legal obligations (for example, keeping transaction records).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for marketing you didn't ask for.

3. Text messages

If you opt in to SMS updates, we send only important order, preview, approval, and launch messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.

4. Who processes your information

• FormSubmit — delivers your order-form submission to our inbox.
• Stripe — processes your payment securely.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep order and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations (generally up to 7 years for transaction records). Project working files may be archived after handoff.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you updates, at any time by emailing blurinnovations@gmail.com. Opting out of updates does not affect messages required to complete your active order.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date above.
